Having a digital signage system installed by experts is vital if you wish to get the best from your investment. • Screen position - getting the right location for your audience to see your message. Screens can be mounted from the ceiling to walls, shelving or even in the floor.
• Screen Environment - how much ambient light is present? - this can have a major impact on how your message can be viewed. Will the screen/projector be on all day?
• Distribution methods - CatX, Fibre, how far, 'noisy' environments?
• Ability to update content - are you playing content out from a PC or a Digital Signage Media player? Media players are designed to give user the flexibility to update screen content when they need, and send changes to multiple screens if required
• Network Security - will you be sending content across a network or over the internet?
• Real time content - do you need integration with real-time TV or internet. Connection to a satellite, aerial or freeview box will be needed.
• Remote Management - will you manage your media source locally or remotely?
